We're excited to offer low cost flat rate shipping throughout Australia and New Zealand! Flat rate International shipping is also available to select countries (details below).

Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days, including weekends, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 11am AEST each day will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Local Delivery orders are typically processed and delivered within 1-2 days, including weekends, excluding public holidays.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping with the following options:

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD flat rate, delivered within 2-6 business days. Free for orders over $99.95.
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD flat rate, delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Free Local Delivery: Available to suburbs in the Adelaide region with postcodes starting with '50--'. Processed and delivered within 1-2 days (Includes weekends, Excludes public holidays)

International Shipping:
We offer Flat Rate Standard International Shipping to the following destinations:

  • New Zealand: $14.95 NZD flat rate, delivered within 4-8 business days.
  • Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States: $44.95 AUD flat rate, delivered within 6-27 business days.

 *Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country when ordering internationally. These charges are levied by the customs authority of the recipient's country and are separate from our shipping fees.Here's some additional information to help you understand what this means:
