Summer Cold Brew Pack

Designed for home brewers seeking an effortless, refreshing iced coffee, the Summer Cold Brew Pack pairs the iconic Hario Mizudashi 1L Cold Brew Pot with freshly roasted Cirelli Afternoon Delight coffee beans.

Key Features

• Complete Cold Brew Setup: Combines a dedicated 1000ml Japanese cold brewer with locally roasted specialty coffee beans.

• Smooth, Low-Acidity Flavour: The Afternoon Delight medium-dark blend yields rich butterscotch and chocolate notes when steeped in cold water.

• Reusable Fine-Mesh Strainer: Eliminates the need for paper filters while keeping fine coffee sediment out of your carafe.

• Fridge-Door Friendly: The slim borosilicate glass pot fits neatly inside standard refrigerator doors for overnight brewing and storage.

• Customisable Options: Choose between a Black or White Hario brewer and select your preferred bag weight of 250g, 500g, or 1kg.

Cold water extraction pulls sweet, rounded flavours from coffee grounds while leaving behind the bitter compounds often released by hot water. By pairing the Hario Mizudashi with Cirelli's Afternoon Delight blend, this bundle gives you everything required to prepare café-quality cold brew at home. Simply add coarse-ground coffee to the filter basket, pour cold water over the grounds, and steep in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours.

The Hario carafe is constructed from heatproof borosilicate glass that resists staining and odour retention. Once brewing is complete, lift out the washable polypropylene mesh strainer to stop the extraction and pour directly from the pot. The included Afternoon Delight blend is roasted in Adelaide, offering a balanced body and sweet finish that holds up well over ice or with a splash of milk.
